I can repeat what others above have said, I received my 8 GiB version in the mail today, but I never received the tracker number or any other shipping information.

Received my board (Super Early Bird 4GB, backer #64) yesterday to Sweden. It arrived directly to my mailbox in good condition.

So I’ve only just noticed/read the bit about waiting until this year for the Early Bird 4GB, dual Gbit models. This is OK, though Kickstarter still states November 2022 as the delivery time whilst others have been updated so what exactly is the deal? The lack of official communication on the delays/differences is quite disappointing

The tracking numbers are worth nothing, unfortunately the communication with the backers is also worth nothing!
I haven’t received a tracking update for 5 weeks (first/last:2022-11-30 16:17), how does that work and why don’t we know why?

i have meanwhile received both of my backings - both super early bird: the first 4gb one was sent in november and there was simply no real tracking information for it until about a week ago when it actually arrived (in germany) … the second 8gb one had a tracking which ended on december 9th in some dhl parcel center in germany and nothing happened since then … i started a research case at dhl and it seems like they found the package again - luckily tracking continued a few days ago and yesterday it arrived
i’m very happy that both finally arrived and that i at least got the tracking numbers at some (too late) point in time via this forum after asking for them via kickstarter and starfive support email without any response at all … starfive was not very helpful besides at least providing the sender address and at some point did not respond any more at all … all this looks very unprofessional to me and far from “We have experience in mass production and global delivery.” from the kickstarter campaign - the first part might be true, but the second definitely is not …

I just got (6 January) a shipping notification for my super early bird, tracking number was registered 30 November, item received by carrier 23 December, left Singapore (the transit country where it got a new tracking number) 27 December.
Received an email with tracking number. So it left Hong Kong Dec 28, left on airline Dec 30. And that’s it. So hopefully it made it to Canada customs. They are notorious for being slooooowwwww… lets hope I get the package by Feb.
@Admin Please give us an update over the tracking number situation. It has been long since we were told we would get them on our email.

Just found my tracking number from 6. jan. in my gmail spam folder.
Sorry for all the waiting time, according to my colleagues, they have sent all the super-early-bird tracking number for packages that have not been delivered sucessfully yet. Your email should be came from @starfivetech.com.
