I just wanted to know if any generic USB Wifi module would be compatible with the visionfive2. I was thinking of getting one off this list: here.

Here includes the USB WiFi module that the StarFive have tested.

I don’t know if this is what you’re looking for, but I do see one entry that may apply, under the category PCIe:

I saw this a while back:

The Chinese version of has more technical details than the shorter English version. Use something like google translate to read: https://forum.rvspace.org/t/2-usb-rtl8832au-wifi6/1595

Also might be worthwhile searching for “RISC-V USB WiFi” in a search engine of your choosing. Because if a WiFi USB dongle can be got to work with one RISC-V board, the odds are high that with a bit of effort it can probably work with a different RISC-V board.

I already have my m.2 key taken up by an Nvme ssd so that won’t work for me.
