This subject has been discussed here but I have not seen reference to cooler sold by Waveshare. It is specifically designed for VisionFive 2. It combines a very quite fan with proper heatsink solution, including heat pipes. With ambient (room) temperature at 25C at idle SOC temperature is 32C. After running stress-ng on all cores for 30 minutes SOC temperature is 39C

This cooler must be quite new on the market, I’m seeing it for the first time. Thank you for introducing it here.
It’s available on Amazon, but it will ship from China and it’s not cheap. It’s also available from Waveshare directly for a few dollars less.
