Nice work, i would be curious to know the steps you followed to reach that nice result already.
The visionfive2 config seems to be the basis to build kernel, etc … for that machine.
Regarding the debug USB dongle, it was well hidden, put under the tablet, in a very small white carton box that could easily be taken for some kind of spacer, except it was inside.
yeah I found the usb debug board inside the small white carton box 
I have both VisionFive2 and Pinetab V, I setup my own Gentoo overlay for VisionFive2 and other gadgets at bing c / gentoo-overlay · GitLab.
