试了下后，发现当前的VF2板子，更新SPL和U-Boot后，是先从QSPI启动U-Boot（SPL => U-Boot ???），再启动SD卡里的69版本的系统(当前刷的是minimal)，这样理解是不是正确的？

是的，直接拨动启动模式为SD卡启动是失败的；只有拨到QSPI模式下，才能启动SD卡里刷的系统。有个问题就是，当前这种模式，是否能从QSPI启动EMMC里刷的系统？
或者更进一步，是否能从QSPI启动NMVE SSD里刷的系统？
NVME应该不行，目前uboot不包含7110 soc的pcie驱动；EMMC我正在测试

是的，我把原版镜像复制到sd卡然后dd进入emmc
你说的buildroot是指的Linux还是U-Boot ? 有没有SPL 和 U-Boot 的架构和流程图说明 ？对这方面是小白，有没有合适的文档说明 VF2 的整个启动流程？
还有就是 U-Boot 是怎么加载 debian 的？如果实现直接SD卡、EMMC、NVME启动，是需要在SPL还是U-Boot里实现？
